Artwork
Upload your print-ready artwork when ordering. High-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds, PDF, AI or EPS files are preferred for custom-shaped cutouts.

Turnaround
Standard production time is 3–5 business days after artwork approval and payment. Larger or more complex cutouts may require additional production time. Rush service may be available for an additional fee.

• Customers are responsible for approving spelling, sizing, colours, shape and layout before production.
• Printed colours may vary slightly from screen displays.
• Custom-cut products are made to order and are non-refundable once production has started.
• Very detailed or intricate shapes may require modifications to ensure the finished cutout is structurally suitable.
• Changes requested after artwork approval may result in additional charges and a revised turnaround time.
• Custom sizes, oversized cutouts, specialty materials and bulk quantities may require a separate quote.
