Terms & Conditions

• Production begins after payment and receipt of any required print-ready artwork.
• Artwork uploaded with the order is considered final and ready for production. A separate final artwork approval is not required.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring spelling, contact information, layout, dimensions, resolution, bleed, colours, orientation, and selected print sides are correct before submitting the order.
• If uploaded artwork does not match the product option purchased—for example, double-sided artwork submitted with a single-sided order—Edmonton Print Shop may contact the customer to adjust the order and collect any applicable price difference before production.
• By completing payment, the customer confirms that the order details have been reviewed and accepts the product-specific terms and conditions and Edmonton Print Shop's applicable store policies.
