How to Order
Provide the finished size, quantity, material preference, finishing requirements, and intended use. If you are unsure what material or printing method you need, contact Edmonton Print Shop before ordering.

Artwork
Upload print-ready PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, or high-resolution JPG files. Vector artwork is recommended for logos, signage, and oversized printing.

Need Design Help?
We can assist with artwork setup, resizing, or design preparation. Additional design or file-preparation fees may apply.

Turnaround
Production time varies depending on the product, quantity, material, and finishing required. Most standard custom print projects require approximately 3–5 business days after artwork approval and payment, while specialty projects may take longer.

• Production begins only after payment and final artwork approval.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing dimensions, spelling, colours, quantities, and artwork before approval.
• Printed colours may vary slightly from screen displays.
• Custom-made products are non-refundable once production has started.
• Changes after artwork approval may result in additional charges and a revised turnaround time.
• Specialty materials, large quantities, oversized printing, installation, or complex finishing may require additional production time.
